Version: 2026-07-22. These terms apply only after you affirmatively accept a separate Research Compute order that displays the unit, unit price, currency, and monthly spend cap. They do not apply merely because you have a DepthFeed account, use an existing subscription, or continue using the service.
1. Separate optional add-on
Research Compute is an optional add-on for server-executed analysis jobs. It is disabled by default. It does not replace, reduce, reprice, or change any included feature, API limit, history window, renewal date, or other term of your base subscription. No usage before the add-on's displayed effective time is chargeable under these terms.
2. What is measured
Only the compute metric identified in the accepted order is measured. General REST requests, historical snapshot requests, live-stream traffic, in-browser Backtest Lab calculations, and already-included plan usage are not compute-overage units. Compute overages do not grant bulk delivery, archive replication, broader history, or increased API or historical-query limits.
3. Price and spend cap
The accepted order fixes the price per unit and a monthly maximum. DepthFeed records units in its own idempotent ledger before reporting them to Stripe. When the cap is reached, new chargeable jobs are paused or rejected; we do not raise the cap automatically. A different price, metric, or cap requires a new affirmative acceptance and applies prospectively.
4. Billing and cancellation
Stripe processes add-on charges in US dollars. You may disable future Research Compute usage without cancelling the base subscription. Disabling stops new chargeable jobs but does not erase valid units already completed during the active period. Billing disputes remain subject to applicable non-waivable rights and the base Terms of Service.
5. Service conditions
Jobs may be queued, rejected, or paused for the spend cap, safety controls, source availability, maintenance, or resource protection. Research Compute does not include any uptime, completion-time, throughput, latency, support-response, or service-credit commitment.
These add-on terms supplement the Terms of Service. If you have not separately accepted a Research Compute order, your subscription continues under its existing commercial terms without compute overages.
